● Represents the Onshore Assets Manager in the project group, ensures that Onshore Assets Manager’s requirements are embedded in key documents and are executed, accordingly, controls their implementation. ● Ensures adherence to processes outlined in Project Standard and Project Guides. ● Ensures that project activities are carried out in accordance with the assets operational readiness process and implements operational readiness best practices. ● Interacts with internal and external stakeholders on operational readiness process issues. ● Provides support to the Operations team to interact with the project team and solve issues related to additional operational readiness process requirements provided by the Operations team and contributes to the fulfillment of these requirements. ● Coordinates the resolution of conflicts situations through prioritization within the project and within the area of responsibility. ● Participates in the search of optimal solutions in case of need to deviate from the operational readiness process requirements within the project and controls their implementation. ● Reviews project deliverables and ensures that asset operational, maintenance and integrity requirements are applied and met. ● Participates in Workshops and Pre-Start-up Audits in all phases of the project. ● Undertakes reviews of Vendor documentation including compliance with operational and maintenance requirements. ● In collaboration with HR participates in preparation of documents for recruitment, learning and competence assurance of Operations employees including forecast resources. ● Coaches and trains employees in the Operations Readiness sphere. ● Contributes and assists in development and maintenance of Lifetime Cycle OPEX Cost estimates for the various project phases. ● Controls the P2A activities performed by Operations Readiness and CSU Subdivision employees required for successful handover of the Project into the operating phase. ● Provides support in P2A preparation and planning, participates in the preparation of P2A schedules developed by the projects team and agrees them. ● Coordinates work alignment of Project team (Delivering Team) and Operations team (Receiving Team) to execute P2A activities. ● Defines roles and levels of responsibilities during P2A activities. ● Identifies the risks associated with the timely P2A activities execution and controls their elimination. ● Controls that P2A activities are executed in accordance with approved plans and milestones and coordinates the implementation of takeover activities by Operations employees. ● Controls that relevant documentation are verified by nominated authorities/signatories in accordance with established requirements. ● Controls that all P2A activities will be undertaken with detailed jointly agreed P2A Transfer Plans. ● Coordinates operational readiness assurance events including the Pre-Start-Up Audit and contributes to the Statement of Fitness (SoF). ● Participates in preparation of SoF, monitors the timely signature of SoF by stakeholders and provides advice on application/practices during SoF signature process. ● Develops Project maintenance system in accordance with the Company Maintenance Management System. ● Forecasts/approves/coordinates lists of spare parts and equipment required to ensure effective maintenance. ● Controls that contractors are comply with requirements of the P2A strategy. ● Controls the Vendor Maintenance Training exercises are provided and completed by contractors. ● Assists Operations Readiness and CSU Subdivision with maintenance advise during pre-commissioning and commission phase.

● Coordinate the preparation and participation for external Audits regarding Ensure Safe Production, Maintenance and Integrity Execution, Asset Integrity & Process Safety. ● Ensure that all new competencies required for projects are identified early in the process and planned to be delivered by the project as part of the delivery / handover process. ● Coordinate review and enhancement of installation HSE Case and Emergency Response procedures. Active involvement in emergency drills and scenarios. ● Provide/integrate Operations input/deliverables into Asset engineering projects and technical modifications, to ensure the facilities are “fit for purpose” operable, maintainable and fully meet Operations and Maintenance Technical Integrity and safety requirements. ● Act as the Platform representative in Project HAZOPs. ● Act as the Platform representative in Concept review discussions. ● Monitor and track identification of project punch lists prior to handover and ensure closure. ● Monitor and drive the project handover process on the platform, provide input into completion dossiers and ensure no outstanding technical queries or issues prior to acceptance. ● Liaise with E & M department to ensure timely upload of quality SAP data into the maintenance management system. ● Ensure development of quality Operating & Maintenance procedures for all new projects; liaise with Ops support as required. ● Liaise with project team to ensure identification and delivery of all training requirements for new projects. ● Identify and track to closure all Operational issues with regard to delivery of the projects.

● Operation - Engineering liaison for minor projects and other Facility Upgrade Projects to be constructed in the GMA assets. Operations input to following areas and phases of the Projects: fields development plans, conceptual design, detailed design, life cycle cost and planning, operating philosophies, operational readiness & assurance plans, technical integrity assurance, operability and maintainability reviews, equipment location and layout, tie-in to existing facilities, training and documentation. ● De-bottleneck and optimize the producing facilities/equipment, define safe operating envelops around the facilities/equipment. ● Provide technical support to GMA Team e.g. Operability studies, TMR including economic evaluation and approval and project management, equipment and process performance optimization, analysis of equipment failure, review of improvements, availability and effectiveness studies, general trouble shooting. RCA and Equipment Reliability Improvement activities for GMA Assets. ● Act/Lead/Facilitate as Operations team member on project Design Reviews, FDP, HAZOP, HAZID and IPF processes. ● Provide input to presentation of GMA Documentation relating to Standards and procedures, e.g. Operations HSE Procedures, Production Operation Procedures, and POPMS etc. Ensure compliance with Local Regulations, SHELL Group/Company standards. ● Provide Operational Input into the GMA Asset Reference Plans.

● Deliver oil and gas quantities according preset agreed volumes, pressures and qualities according sales agreements and 90 days Integrated Operations Plan. ● Direct control of export volumes from the platform to the export FSO, including emergency operational checks and environmental issues. ● Manage production staff i.e. set priorities, guide employees, monitor and judge performance of crewmembers. ● Develop, implement and change procedures, instructions and operational manuals for all assigned operational activities ● Audit execution of Company Policies and Procedures in platform operations. ● Participate in incident investigations. ● Carry out audits (STOP, PTW, Technical integrity) ● Ensure production within the operating envelopes. ● Participate on construction, controlling documents, witness acceptance testing of systems and pre-commissioning new build oil & gas modules for face two of project in Far East of Russia in Abu-Dhabi fabrication yard. ● Check & ensure that all functions and operation requirements of new modules, equipment & systems installed and pre-commissioned within their engineered and integrated purposes. ● RFO modules before shipping from construction yard to site.
